  • Log meals- track the amount of calories in your diet, making sure you stick to your daily calorie intake in accordance with your goals.
  • Log exercise- this allows you to better understand the relationship between your exercise, your diet, and the goals you are achieving.
  • Weigh in- input your weight and measurements. An easy way to monitor your results.
  • My meals- are meal plans that I will set for you as a guide to the foods you should be eating to achieve the goals we set together.

Web tutorials are availble for every step so its unbelievably easy to use.

 

I monitor all of our clients via a web portal. That way we can achieve success together alot faster.
